What the Sub Rosa
Journey Looks Like...
Please know this is a journey to participate in, rather than another course to consume.
Over six months, you'll be invited to explore, question, practise and integrate, allowing the teachings to become something you live, rather than something you simply know.
Six Live Teachings
Each month, we'll gather for a live, two-hour (ish) teaching exploring the myths, stories, symbols, women and mysteries at the heart of Sub Rosa.
There will be storytelling, teaching, reflection, discussion and experiential practices. These are spaces to encounter the material and the teachings I'll be sharing.
Six Alternating Integration Circles & Ceremonies
Every month, we'll come together again for either an integration circle or ceremony. The integration circles will be a space for questions, reflection, conversation and sharing what is unfolding as you bring the mysteries into your own life, and the ceremonies will include sacred practices such as myrraphore rituals, energy healing, meditation, womb connection, sacred movement.
Living Spiritual Practice
Throughout the initiation, you'll be invited to develop a personal sacred practice that belongs to you.
This might include ritual, prayer, altar work, meditation, sacred movement, reflection, working with the Moon or connecting with the Earth and the seasons. This is not 'homework', it really is up to you how much time you spend, but my intention is to help you discover what makes your own life feel sacred, and create practices you can actually sustain.
The Sub Rosa Library
You'll have access to a growing library of recordings, teachings, guided practices, rituals and additional resources to support your journey as we go. This is not going to be hundreds of video and content for you to have to watch, it will be things I mindfully add for you to expand on what comes up along the journey.
A Private Circle of Women
There will be a private Sub Rosa community space. A trusted space to share, ask questions, reflect and be witnessed throughout the six months.
I'll also be sharing energy updates and New and Full Moon transmissions, offering points of connection as we move through the journey together.
A Final Initiation
At the end of the six months, we'll gather for a closing ceremony to acknowledge the threshold you've crossed.

• An introduction to Sub Rosa, the meaning of ‘under the rose’, and the invitation to step beneath the stories, distortions and inherited beliefs that have shaped women's understanding of themselves and the sacred.
• An exploration of the Goddess, the old ways and our relationship with the Earth, the cycles of nature and the wisdom that existed before the systems we inherited.
• What it means to enter a mystery school. We are not here to learn teachings, but to encounter them through reflection, practice, ritual and experience.
•An invitation to begin remembering your place within the sacred order of life, and to consider what it means to approach this journey with curiosity, discernment and an open heart.
• A guided opening ceremony to mark the threshold, meet the women entering Sub Rosa alongside you, and begin the six-month journey beneath the rose.

FEBRUARY | I REMEMBER
The Goddess, The Earth & The Old Ways
• An exploration of the Goddess, the Earth, matriarchy and the ancient understanding of woman as part of the sacred order of life.
• What can the cycles of nature, the seasons and the triple Goddess archetypes reveal about our relationship with the living world and ourselves?
• A journey beneath the stories we've inherited to consider what women may have known, honoured and practised before spirit was separated from matter and the body from the sacred.
• Practices of remembrance and reconnection, inviting you to rediscover your own place within the rhythms of life.
Module 2
MARCH | I RECLAIM
Eve, Lilith & The Stories That Shaped Womanhood
•An exploration of Eve, and the stories that have shaped women's relationship with the body, appetite, desire, sexuality, knowledge and shame.
• Who was Lilith really? Beyond the sexy, sacred rage which is all over the internet today. And why seeing beyond this is vital to becoming the mature feminine.
•How have inherited stories influenced the way we understand our bodies, our choices and our power?
• A journey of reclamation, questioning what we've been taught to distrust and beginning to return to what was never wrong with us.

APRIL | I DEVOTE
Mother Mary, Overcoming Perfection & Weaving Devotion Into Life
•An exploration of Mother Mary beyond the familiar images of purity, obedience and self-denial. Who was she really?
• The mystery school teachings of light conception and how to apply them practically, to create a life rooted in love.
• What happens when we stop trying to achieve the perfection others expect of us and begin living from our own true desires?
•The role of prayer, ritual, altars, receptivity and creation in making the everyday sacred.
•An invitation to return to the heart, discover what you are devoted to, and explore how that devotion can become a living expression of love.

MAY | I DESCEND
Mary Magdalene, The Inner Bridal Chamber & The Mystery
•An exploration of Mary Magdalene, the woman whose story was rewritten, and the deeper mysteries associated with her.
• TAn exploration of the holy whores and the history of women's sexuality. How have ideas of purity, sin, sacred sexuality and sexual agency shaped the way we understand our bodies, our desire and our relationship with ourselves?
• Who were the myrraphores and how to work with annointng oils. We'll experience a myrraphore ceremony this month during our connection call.
•The Cave, and the mystery school teachings of the Bridal Chamber as a pathwaysinto the inner mysteries of truth, transformation and union. What does it mean to enter the inner Bridal Chamber, to encounter your own truth, reclaim your voice and come into a deeper relationship with yourself?
• An invitation to move beyond needing to understand everything intellectually and allow mystery to become something you experience.

JUNE | I BECOME
Sarah La Kali, Lineage & Women Today
•An exploration of the different stories of Sarah La Kali, why she is associated with the Romani lineage, and the layers of history, myth and interpretation that surround her.
•What happens when the foundations of our understanding of women have been shaped by distorted stories? How do we begin to discover who we are beneath them?
• An exploration of wisdom, intuition and the inner knowing that allows us to navigate life beyond inherited narratives and external authority.
• An exploration of the Romani lineage, its history, resilience and relationship with freedom, and what this might awaken in our own longing to live more freely, authentically and outside the confines of expectation and judgement.
• An invitation to consider what you are here to carry, create, nurture or pass forward, and how the wisdom you reclaim can become something that lives beyond you.

JULY | I AM
Sophia, The Mature Feminine & Living Wisdom
•An exploration of Sophia, divine wisdom, and the feminine understanding of wholeness.
What happens when we begin to weave back together the parts of ourselves that have been separated, rejected or placed in opposition?
•Reclaiming the relationship between body, mind, heart, soul, intuition and intellect, as expressions of one integrated self.
• Exploring the feminine psyche through cycles, paradox, relationship, embodiment and the capacity to hold seemingly opposing truths.
Moving beyond inherited divisions — spirit and matter, sexuality and sacredness, strength and softness, self and other towards a more integrated way of being.
• An exploration of Sophia as the source frequency of divine feminine wisdom and how this is the pathway to embodying the mature feminine.
• What does it mean to live from wisdom rather than simply seek it?
•The integration of the journey: devotion, purpose, service, leadership and the responsibility of bringing what we know into the world.
An invitation to clarify your mission and consider how your gifts, your life and your choices can become an expression of the wisdom you carry.

hey love, I'm REBECCA
For years, I was searching for something. And my journey took me through yoga, astrology, TCM, the mysteries of the psyche.
But the deeper I went, the more I began to notice what was missing: the feminine. So much of the spiritual language, lineage and authority I encountered was shaped through a masculine lens. Where were the women? Where was our wisdom, our bodies, our stories and our ways of knowing?
As a white woman living in the UK, I also began to question my own heritage, a lineage that has been colonised, Christianised and, in many ways, disconnected from its older roots.
That led me into Christianity, partly because it was part of the heritage I had inherited. But here too, I found a tradition largely shaped by masculine authority, with the feminine sacred obscured, controlled or pushed to the margins.
And so I kept looking.
What began as a search for myself became a deep and obsessive journey into the Goddess, the old ways, Eve and Lilith, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sophia and the forgotten or distorted stories of women.
Sub Rosa is born from that journey, an invitation to explore what has been hidden, question what we have inherited and begin to remember the sacred feminine within ourselves.

When will the live calls be?
The days and times will be arranged around the time zones of those who join us. We may use a mixture of weekday mornings, weekday evenings and weekend calls to make the programme as accessible as possible. If you have particular scheduling concerns, please send me a message before signing up and we can explore what may be possible.
Will the calls be recorded?
Yes. All live teachings and integration circles will be recorded and made available to participants, so you can revisit the material or catch up if you are unable to attend live. Attending live where possible is encouraged, particularly for the integration circles, as they offer an opportunity to share, reflect and connect with the group.
How much time will I need to commit?
The programme includes six live teachings, six integration circles, personal reflection and sacred practices. The time you give to the work will depend on how deeply you choose to engage with the material. This journey is not designed to add another set of tasks to your life. It is an invitation to create intentional space for reflection, exploration and connection.
We are working with biblical women, is this a religious program?
Sub Rosa is not a religious programme. We will explore spiritual, mythological and mystery school teachings, including stories and figures connected to the Goddess, Christianity, Mary Magdalene, Sophia and other feminine traditions along the way. You are very much invited to engage with these teachings in your own way, through curiosity and personal experience rather than dogma.
What if I don't feel comfortable sharing in a group?
There is no pressure to share anything you do not wish to share. The integration circles are intended to offer a supportive space for reflection and conversation, but participation should always feel appropriate for you. You are welcome to listen, reflect privately or contribute when and if you feel ready.
Can I cancel or get a refund once I've signed up?
